ADATA Displays Enterprise M.3 and SX8200 NVMe SSDs | CES 2018 Update

Front and center of their booth at CES this week, ADATA showed off their newest M.3 NVMe enterprise IM3P33E1 SSD to grab everyone attention.

This SSD is a PCIe Gen 3×4 (32Gb/s) SSD capable of 3200MB/s read and 1800MB/s write, is hot plug in a server, NVMe 1.3 standard, and will be available initially in 240, 480, 960GB and 1.92TB configurations.

Also on display was ADATA’  newest SX8200 NVMe SSD which should be available on within the next few months.  Based on the SMI SM2262 8-channel controller and latest 3D TLC NAND flash memory, the SX8200 will initially be available in configurations of 240, 480 and 960GB but, wait for it, we are certain to see 2TB versions soon enough.

Performance for the SX8200 is listed as 3200MB/s read and 1700MB/s write and this SSD is a PCIe 3×4 and compliant with the latest NVMe 1.3 standard.
