Many might not know the term ‘Olympico’ but it speaks to a corner kick which scores a goal without any other player touching the ball in football. It is incredibly rare. It is considered the impossible goal. As coincidence may have it, it’s name comes from Argentine player Cesareo Onzari who scored the first one against the Olympic champions, Uruguay, in 1924.
That success was portrayed in every aspect of this years Computex display by Lexar and their sponsorship with the Argentine Football Association and, quite personally, their partnership had even left me with a life long memory.
Having spent some time making my way through the Lexar booth this year, I can honestly say I was left a bit breathless. They have introduced so much in the past while.
From the Lexar Professional SSD for iPhone, to the Elite Legends Series of external SSDs, to the worlds first stainless steel SSD card and then to 4TB CFexpress cards capable of over 3GB/s speeds to their SSDs now reaching an amazing 8TB in capacity, there simply was no end to their product line. We simply couldn’t find a single product to highlight.
Sooo. let’s take a pictorial tour around the booth shall we?
Stay tuned as I think we will be seeing a whole lot more of Lexar in the next week or so!
