ADATA Launches Waterproof and Shock-Resistant USB Flash Drive

ADATA Technology is launching a new USB 3.0 Flash drive, the S107. The new USB device has speeds of up to 100MB/s, three times faster than the USB 2.0 interface.

Capacities of 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB will be available initially.

Designed for rugged use, thee drives are encased in rubber, and are waterproof as well. They come with a unique rear molding that will hold the cap while the product is in use.

Being designed to be waterproof certainly is an interesting feature, so feel free to go jump in the pool,  just be sure to dry it off before you plug it in!
