Super Talent Technology, a leading producer of DRAM memory and NAND Flash storage products, is announcing the Super Talent PCIe DX1 NGFF SSD. The next generation form factor (NGFF/M.2) DX1 measures a mere 22.0mm X 80.0mm X 3.5mm.
Despite its relatively small space footprint, the DX1 has the speed to meet the demands of either server or mobile applications. Utilizing a 128MB DDR3 internal cache, The Super Talent PCIe DX1 further accelerates application load times. The unit mounts very easily, and requires no cabling.
The Super Talent PCIe DX1 will be offered in capacities ranging from 32GB to 256GB. Utilizing MLC NAND, the DX1 can attain sequential read and write speeds of up to 380 MB/s. The Super Talent PCIe DX1 provides reliability and performance for multiple usage scenarios in the industrial and commercial storage market.
