The Micron 3610, in fact, sits nicely between the top performing Gen 5 4610 Series SSD (reviewed here) and that 2600. The 3610 has listed specs of 11GB/s read and 9.3GB/s write with up to 1.6 million IOPS and claims a 40% speed improvement without any power increase.
This is a DRAMless SSD that is probably the best suited product yet to bring QLC mainstream in the storage world. We will find this in newer Gen5 oem laptops and it is available to manufacturers in 2230, 2242 and 2280 form factors.
