This is a very dated article, 2008 I believe,  Todays SSDs have improved drastically with typical read writes as high as 520MB/s transfer speed for a typical form factor.  ]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Between the 2 drives, on your second test, the read time is deffinately drastic by anywhere from a 5-20mb/s read time but the write time of the SSD seems to be extremely low...differing at somepoints up to 30mb/s? Pricing is a huge factor I could see here aswell also with size difference comparead. But I do see the point of the heat and boot up times being great. Especially since its not hard to run an external Hard drive to hold your goodies (movies, games, etc.)]]></description>
