– Intel i7 System with 12GB Mem
– LSI 9265-8i Controller, Write Through (No battery unit yet)
– 3 x 240GB OCZ Vertex 3

As ssd is mainly used for OS in my case 60GB is great 120GB is huge, 256GB is too much, is there a performance difference between various capacity models ?
