Not sure also, did research too and couldn’t find the exact brand of the MP700 Pro Xt’s NAND chips. Hopefully, whatever this is, it is reliable.

I bet it is Micron NAND as the Pro SE was Micron NAND but having said that also could be the Sandisk/Kioxia as they have a joint venture for NAND production
