In reply to <a href="https://www.thessdreview.com/hardware/lima-personal-cloud-samsung-2tb-t3-portable-ssd-review/#comment-23886">Les@TheSSDReview</a>.

Yeah, I know it's the Ultra. The Ultra, though not available on Amazon, has been reviewed under the listing for the old one. For instance:

"I bought the new Lima Ultra direct from Lima.
I'm sad to say that - while the idea is good, and probably, the product, too - the execution is unacceptable...

This company needs a competent Product Manager, and a technical writer
who can write well in English. It needs extensive user testing and
software quality control. The Lima website gives little explanation of
how the system functions. I'm very computer literate (though not a
coder) and frankly, I was on the verge of returning this product,
regardless of whether or not they'll refund my money. It's that bad,
that frustrating and that much of a waste of time. Sadly, they won't
take this device back. The return window is 15 days. It took me 21 days
just to 'see' it on my network and another week and a half to figure
out how it works (or doesn’t work). So, I paid US$135 to Alpha-test
this device."

The files will only transfer as fast as your line permits but it would function as you are questioning. I have my LIMA set up with a Samsung drive now but can increase the size significantly if i wanted. My Lima is handy for transfering files from my PC, Ultrabook, iPhone and iPad...

Hi. Thanks for the review! Excuse my lack of technical knowledge but would you recommend this product for people who need to access data located on several external hard drives (Raw format photos mainly)? I guess using a simple USB hub to connect Lima to several hard drives won't do the job ??
