In reply to RxUrien. I will jump in as I am between destinations at the Airport in Minneapolis. They havent stated what memory was originally used and may not if they have rebranded them. We will check to deterine the orignial source though.

Hey there,

The flash chips are custom made in-house by SmartStorage. 19nm MLC, 200/400GB sizes, scalable, and 150K read/65K write IOPS.

That’s pretty much all they told us 😀

What flash chips are they using to achieve the 200GB or 400GB under those two relatively-small heatsinks!?
