At the time of the article, I think it was the first announced. Then Transcend quietly just released a 256GB SSD way faster than them, making it effectively the first ones in actually releasing one. It&#039;s been several months and still they didn&#039;t get to release it. They promised pre-orders &quot;shipping out next week&quot; almost a month ago. Not sure they did, though, as the SSD is not for sale yet officially, you have to go through a non published link. In the meantime I got tired of waiting and ordered the transcend instead. It arrived last week...Still figuring out the Windows migration.]]></description>
