So according to the article there is supposed to be a review later in the week, but the weeks already over and I don’t see any Review…

EDIT: You are absolutely right and, unfortunately, things have been a bit overwhelming at the site with all the new attention lately. We did state that we would test for an increase in performance, not review, and we did with no appreciable difference observed. Apologies for not posting it. This is still an amazing drive!!!

I just updated a C300 256 GB from version 002 to version 006. It is a non destructive upgrade. I use this drive in a Dell E6410. I could not perform the upgrade from the laptop, I had to put it in a desktop computer with IDE settings in the BIOS. The upgrade went smooth after that – no problems.

thanks for the update Les! Any word on if the C300 64gb is getting this firmware update too? Is this a destructive firmware, meaning everything will be wiped clean? thanks in advance!

REPLY: It is not a data destructive upgrade according to the release flyer and I cannot answer with respect to the 64GB except to say, I only learned that it was not compatible with the 64GB SSDs after trying on the two that I have presently.
