Kingston HyperX T1 DDR3-1600 CL9 – AIDA 64 and Conclusions

AIDA64 Cache and Memory Benchmark

Aida 64 is one of the preferred tests by many reviewers and enthusiasts to show ram performance. When tweaking ram and exploring the various settings and timings, this is a great tool to observe the actual increase or decrease in performance. The Kingston HyperX T1 memory performs well in this round of testing:

CONCLUSIONS

The Kingston HyperX T1 Memory Kit is selling for about $160 US which is an excellent value considering the quality and amount of RAM in the package. Having a look around at similar packages, we were hard pressed to find a better value for the capacity and headroom that is available here.  The timings of this kit, while not the tightest out there, can be lowered if one has the patience to do so.

This is a ‘must have’ if you have the G1 series of Gigabyte motherboards as it is designed specifically to match the G1 although it would look great on just about any motherboard.  The heat spreaders look great and also have the added feature of keeping the dimms cool in a variety of situations.

Last but not least there is the added benefit of great support along with the Kingston brand name which many have come to trust over the years.  We would definitely recommend this kit to anyone who is looking for a large capacity set of ram at a great price.
