In 2013 we were able to get a hold of Samsung's first go at an OEM M.2 PCIe 2.0 x4 SSD, the XP941. Once word got out about this SSD's speeds many storage enthusiasts thirsted for it. Samsung was not prepared for the consumer market to get so hyped up over it and they stopped distribution to 3rd... Posted By Sean Webster

I did, that's why I am thanking you........
Have a new app. I am using and it crunches heavy numbers in DSP while streaming audio files from 2nd tier storage.
I have a feeling that a few hundred cats I know who are using slower MX100s/Vector 4's etc. are going to flip out if load times
are faster using NVMe or RAID 0 AHCI 951's.....

Thanks Again. ASRock and Samsung should thank you as I know of at least 6 people who got the 941s from your reviews and a dozen using Z97s, X99s and the old fat Extreme 11/a that was first seen here.

Les let me know if I can help lobby for you by showing support. I want you to review the Extreme 7 Z170. Others will play with it I am sure, but I bother ASRock on facebook and twitter all the time.
If it's going to be reviewed, we need a true storage addict like us to do it 1st..
