The Corsair RM Series power supplies are already one of our favorite peripherals as not enough can be said about their Zero RPM fan mode and ten year warranty. Add to that an arctic white color to match the case, as well as included white matched cabling and it just doesn’t get any better. Buying matching cabling separately can run you as high as $100; we know as we did just that for red cabling in our last build.
Something to be considered if you had previously purchased Corsairs premium colored cables is that the cables required for this PSU are Type 4 (Gen 3). These cables contain small, solid capacitors on the +12V, +5V and +3.3V leads on the 24-pin, PCIe and EPS12V cables which provide for ripple suppression in load. CORSAIR HYDRO SERIES H115I CPU COOLER
The Corsair H115i is probably the best CPU cooler on the market with its 280mm radiator and dual 140mm fans, along with built in Corsair link for monitoring and customization.
We have been using Corsair Hydro CPU coolers for some time and they provide maximum liquid cooling in complete silence. The Corsair Hrdro H115i is available at Amazon for $139.
CORSAIR ARCTIC WHITE GRAPHITE 760T FULL TOWER CASE
The Corsair 760T is one of our favorite build chassis’, not only because of its massive side window but also, both side panels are secured and open/close by hinges and can be removed for safety during the build process.
The Corsair Graphite Series 760T chassis provides for tool free SSD, hard drive and optical drive installation, has a modular drive cage system for highly customizable layouts (ours has been removed here) and is available on Amazon for $179.
CORSAIR GAMING K68 MECHANICAL KEYBOARD
The Corsair Gaming K68 is constructed of 100% Cherry MX red key switches and is dust and spill resistant, the latter which is a huge plus in this office.
